1) I understand that grappling competitions can be dangerous. Participation in such events subjects me to the danger of serious, injuries. I hereby release Knockout Promotions, any of its Promoters, and all other persons associated with this event in any capacity, it's ownership and management from any liability due to injuries, etc., that I may incur as a result of my attendance and/or participation in this or any Knockout Promotions Grappling event.
2) I hereby permanently waive any compensation whatsoever for the use of pictures, videos, media coverage, etc. utilized by those associated with this event, which may be used for profit-making purposes.
3) I clearly understand grappling, wrestling, and mixed martial arts competition involves bodily contact and may result in injury. I understand and agree to abide by the rules associated with this event, and assume all responsibility and any associated liability for infractions of such rules.
4) I am fully aware of my personal medical condition and assert that I am mentally and physically fit to compete at this event.
5) I have read a copy of the rules of this event, and agree to abide by them.
6) I understand that I am voluntarily competing in this event, and may not be compensated in any way for competing in this event.
